What support is behind the product? MotionCoach @Home support is available 7x12 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST. Support for @Home is provided via e-mail and our web site. This support is included with your purchase, no annual fees, and no extra charges. The application's documentation is integrated with the internet: online up to the minute instructions and application notes are a click away. Phone support is only included with the MotionCoach Professional.

Updates, Upgrades and Fixes? With MotionCoach @Home you get  free access to product upgrades and fixes. You just come back to the exclusive access users web page to get access to the downloads

Swing model library access? Free and on-line. Libraries are provided as zip compressed files downloaded over the internet. You use the simple import function to get them into MotionCoach and you are ready to go.
