MotionCAD provides a powerful series of Dynamic objects:
Video,(Captured video from disk)
Live Video, (Captured from camera)
Line
Multi-segment line
Box
Ellipse
Curve
Pictures
Text
Frames
Free hand drawing
Custom objects

Most of these
objects above can be rotated, colors and thickness
changed, ... any many more options depending on the
object.
You simply click on
the tool and place on the whiteboard. Mix them in any
configuration, overlay, underlay, change size, shape and
color at anytime.
The concept is
provide a powerful set of simple tools that can be
easily mixed to describe subjects visually.

| Change Dynamic
lines
|
|
Yes, that is why thay are
called Dynamic. Actually you can change everything about an
object.
You can color lines, make them dotted or dashed,
change their thickness, or enhance them with arrowheads. You
can also change the shape of lines, freeforms, and
curves.

| Do I need
to change the color every time? |
|
|
Once to set the
thickness and color of a line, that setting will stay
for any line you draw after. |
This feature saves
on the number of mouse clicks because depending on the
video background and color of clothing some colors
work better then others. Once that color is selected you
will tend to use it over and over.

To draw a line on
the video, just draw. There is no limit to the
number of overlapping object in
MotionCAD.
In the picture above lines, appear drawn
on in video. This is not true, it better described
that the lines are drawn on a clear piece of plastic
over the video. |
If you where to save the video
again the lines would not be seen.
By doing lines in
this manner, an unlimited number of possible analysis
options are opened to analyze
motion.

The MotionCAD
document can be saved exactly the way it is seen on
the screen. This file can be reopened at anytime in the
future and changed and then resaved. |
We have even taken this concept a step
futhure with lesson templates. Templates allow you to
automatically insert videos anywhere into an existing
lesson.
